Article 2 – Subject
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose characteristics and sales prices are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's [Website Address] website.

Article 4 – Delivery of Products
The product will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER, via the specified carrier, within the legal period. The delivery period is 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be given to the SELLER within this period.
Since jewelry products are in the personal use category, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose packaging has been opened, used or that are not suitable for resale due to hygiene reasons.
Article 6 – Cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

For products prepared in line with the buyer's special requests or personal needs (such as products with names written on them)

For products that are not suitable for return due to hygienic reasons

Products such as earrings whose packaging has been opened after use
Article 7 – General Provisions

BUYER accepts and declares that he/she has been informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery information of the product subject to the contract and has given the necessary approval electronically.

The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product subject to the contract in full and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order.

During product delivery, the BUYER must check the order and, if any damage is detected, have the cargo officer draw up a report and not accept the product.
Article 8 – Competent Court
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes that may arise from this contract.
Within the limits, the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey are taken as basis.
Article 9 – Entry into Force
This agreement has been read and accepted electronically by the BUYER and has entered into force. Upon completion of the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement.
