Cancellation and Refund Conditions

At Sirenith, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer secure shopping while protecting your legal rights. Below, you can find all the details regarding order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

1. Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled; in this case, the return process can be initiated after the product reaches you.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be made within 3-10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

2. Return Conditions

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the consumer may return the product by exercising his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt.

In order to be returned:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories.

  • The product should not show any signs of use that would affect hygiene conditions.

  • Returns of personal and hygienic products such as earrings are not accepted once the packaging has been opened.

  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been specially written or personalized.

3. Return Process

  • You must submit your return request to our support email address or via the contact form.

  • The product must be sent with the cargo company specified to you after receiving approval.

  • When returning the product, it must be sent with its invoice.

4. Return Shipping Fee

  • If the product is defective or sent incorrectly, the shipping cost will be covered by our company.

  • In other cases (e.g. change of mind), the return shipping cost belongs to the customer.

5. Refund of Return Fee

  • Once the returned product reaches us, the product condition is checked and if it complies with the return conditions, a refund is made.

  • Once your return approval is received, the amount will be transferred to your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

6. Exchange Transactions

  • Exchange requests are evaluated based on stock status and the product's suitability for resale.

  • The above return conditions also apply for exchanges.
