Shipping and Delivery
At Sirenith, we work diligently to ensure your orders reach you quickly and securely. Below, you can find all the information you need about shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Process
Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days after bank approval is received.
Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, the tracking number for your order will be shared with you via e-mail or SMS.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on the city where the delivery address is located and the courier company.
Your order will usually be delivered to your address within 1-5 business days after it is shipped.
In rural areas, this period may be a little longer.
3. Shipping Fee
Shipping is free for orders over a certain amount.
(Example: Free shipping for purchases of 1000 TL and above)For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee (e.g. 89.90 TL) will be charged.
4. Delivery Information
It is important that your delivery address is entered completely and accurately when placing an order.
In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, you must be at your current address during the cargo delivery hours.
If the recipient is not on-site, the cargo company may forward the package to the nearest branch or re-deliver it the next day.
5. Cargo Damage Control
When receiving your order, be sure to check the package in the presence of the courier.
If you notice any tearing, crushing or wetting of the product packaging, do not accept the delivery without having a report drawn up by the cargo officer.
Our company does not accept responsibility for damaged products for which no report has been kept.
6. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, busy periods (such as Holidays, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day) or the cargo company.
